This can: Ve a costo-chondritis. However, being an evolving process, please have a doctor see this, maybe some other test are needed to reach a diagnosis.

See a physician: Any lesion that is progressively increasing in size really needs to be evaluated by a physician. Other signs of concern would be unusual discoloration of the lesion, significant pain, and drainage.
