Make you think so: Fear of getting ill would make you more prone to overreact to any symptom you have and take it more seriously than you should. Might make you prone to taking multiple supplements, treatments, oils, tinctures, etc out of fear that might do more harm than good. The best approach would be to talk honestly wuth a mental health professional about the best way to over come your fears and reduce stress.
