I feel like i lost myself, it's like i don't know who i am exactly anymore and what do i really want. lots of time fear controls me and bad experiences haunt me. what steps i can take to get back to myself, what can i do?

Identity crisis: All this depends on your age, health, mental health and whatever else is going on in your life. I strongly recommend you seek professional help by finding a good therapist to get you started.

Lost myself: Good question, but too broad to answer meaningfully. Consult your family doctor first to evaluate many possible factors that can cause these kinds of feelings. If he/she cannot find a reasonable answer, then consider consulting a psychiatrist or qualified therapist.
