Identity crisis: All this depends on your age, health, mental health and whatever else is going on in your life. I strongly recommend you seek professional help by finding a good therapist to get you started.

Lost myself: Good question, but too broad to answer meaningfully. Consult your family doctor first to evaluate many possible factors that can cause these kinds of feelings. If he/she cannot find a reasonable answer, then consider consulting a psychiatrist or qualified therapist.
