Migraine.: It is not unusual for a migraine to start on one side and then go to the other. do you smoke or drink excess caffeine. Do you abuse cocaine.? These could be triggers. If this is the first, then I would get an opinion from your doctor.. If it reoccurs see your doctor and ask for a consult with neurol. Best wishes.
