I just started pt for a dislocated shoulder. is it safe for me to do sit ups, planks, etc? i want to do something physical w/o relocating it.

No Planks!: Situps and crunches are OK. Planks require use of the arms and pressure is directed on the shoulder. You could re-injure yourself. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
