Yes: Assuming things heal correctly and motion is maintained after healing return to regular work should be possible. People with jobs that require a lot of overhead activities have mote difficulty.

Shoulder dislocation: That would be the goal. It is hard to predict how a patient will heal, but sticking to the plan of your physician and physical therapist will give to the best opportunity to heal fully.
