Bodily reactions: He is probably experiencing some physical stress. His body is reacting in a dramatic way. At least 3% of all normal children will experience febrile seizures particularly between 1 and 3 years of age. It is an expression of a stress reaction of the body when i'll with fever. Nasal congestion and nose bleeds can be another sign of body reaction to irritation. He will do fine as he grows.

Unrelated: Nose bleeds are most often due to nasal irritants and trauma. Removing items that produce fumes, fragrances, dust, etc from the environment helps reduce these. A nasal wash with saline removes irritants directly. If occurring in sleep, a nasal saline gel applied to the nasal entrance before bedtime can stop them. Febrile seizures Are an unrelated variation in kids that they grow out of.
