Meniscus tear: Probably 2-3 weeks if significant pivot. & twist required at work. If it is a meniscal repair may take a little longer.

Expect 2 weeks: If you have the meniscus shaved you'll have a quick recovery. If you have an injury that can be repaired you'll have a better long-term outcome but a much slower recovery. A repair will keep you off your feet for a couple of weeks and then a few more weeks of getting back to full activity.
