Consult your OB: Flutamide seems an extremely aggressive way to treat hirsutism, and I do believe the hormonal imbalance it would cause by blocking dihydrotestosterone could affect your menstrual cycles. To be sure, consult your OB, maybe seek a safer way to reduce excess hair production ??
