Possible: Flutamide blocks androgen ( male hormone) receptors and thus changes the balance of hormones. This could effect your periods but, if you are having unprotected intercourse and your period is late, it would be advisable to check a pregnancy test and discuss contraception with your doctor. Blocking androgen receptors can also feminize a male fetus. Hope this is of some help
