CHIN HAIR: This could be a sign of a hormone imbalance. See your primary physician who will probably order a few hormone tests for you to determine what the cause is. Some medications can cause hair loss.

Very unlikely : Stray hairs on chin or around lips or around nipples can be very common and often doesn't signify anything. Having regular periods is a good sign your hormones are in balance.
