Something androgenic: Hi. With acne, hirsutism, & irregular periods, I would suspect either an ovarian or adrenal over-production of male type steroid hormones (testosterone or adrenal androgens that act at the testosterone receptor). At your age, polycystic ovarian syndrome or non-classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia most likely. Cushing's syndrome certainly possible. Cancer unlikely. See your doctor. Good luck!
