EverybodyGetsBurned: Right now ibuprofen and cool compresses may help. If really severe,a steroid shot may help. Just because it says SPF 50 doesn't mean it is for you.First you should get a sun block with zinc or titanium in it (they block and reflect); any other added sunblock chemicals may help too as long as they block both A and B waves.Next, apply liberally and rub in,then repeat about 1/2 hour before going out.
