i have a 1st degree burn on my hand and arm, treated with aloe but now i have red itchy bumps on top of my hand around the burn?

Reaction to aloe: Sounds like good possibility. Try topical Hydrocortisone 1% cream otc. If that doesn't work, time to see the dermatologist.
