Allergy of eyelids?: Check to see if your eye makeup is fresh..Especially the mascara and eyeliner..One can get reaction on the eyelid from allergies, old eye makeup, etc.' you can try warm compresses, or baby shampoo scrubs on a cotton tip applicator with one drop of baby shampoo and 2 drops of water...Are you on any new medications ?
