Probably...: Plantar fasciitis which is characterized by post-static dyskinesia or pain in the heel after rest, especially in the morning. It is usually caused by a biomechanical flaw aggravated by poor arch support in shoes or an increase in activity or weight. Stretch your Achilles' tendon, ice your heel with a frozen water bottle, and wear supportive shoes. If it doesn't get better, see a Podiatrist
