COVID toes: If there is pressure against part of your toe from a shoe - that could cause redness. Covid toes are red or purple lesions on toes or hands, which can sometimes cause tenderness & pain. It is usually seen in pretty healthy people & tends to resolve on it's own within a few weeks.
