Normal: Hi. Your total calcium corrects to normal considering your albumin. All other labs are normal, except that ionized calcium, which just outside the normal range. Your mid-normal PTH is very suggestive of no significant calcium pathology. I've seen vacillating PTH and calcium. I'm not sure what causes that, but there could be several possibilities.
