A member asked:

Is it normal for a tsh level to drop from 1.5 to 0.8 in a of 6 months?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably normal: Hi. TSH varies within the normal range, and TSH assay has limits in accuracy and precision. So that change is most likely perfectly normal. Possible but much less likely is that thyroid gland function is changing and TSH level is changing to reflect that. I'd go with normal. Good luck!
