Normal labs: Hi. Those TSHs are both normal. TSH can vary in the normal range. Assuming you have no pituitary disease (which is relatively uncommon), your thyroid function is normal. I always check TSH and free T4; have both would also detect pituitary disease, but like I said, secondary (pituitary) hypothyroidism is relatively uncommon. Your B12 level is also normal. Your exhaustion etiology lies elsewhere

Yes: There can be a lot of variation in TSH levels, mostly due to the fact that the blood test is not perfect, and has a certain amount of variation, even if you do two tests one day apart. Both 1.5 and 0.8 are normal. As long as it is in the normal range, thyroid is unlikely to be the cause for your fatigue.
