Get pain meds..: Probably the best thing for now is to go to your dentist and/or see your doctor to find out what pain meds. You can have during and after the procedure. For yourself, simple pain meds., like aspirin, tylenol, (acetaminophen) or advil may also help..

See an Oral Surgeon: As a temporary measure you could rinse with warm salt water and take an NSAID like advil (ibuprofen) or motrin. With that being said you should see an oral surgeon to evaluate the problem and see if they should be removed.

Abx: If they're impacted you may need pain medications and antibiotics. See your doctor and/or an oral surgeon
