Cost: Varies by area however 350-500 each not including IV sedation which could add another 400 to cost. I use local only so the patient can better take care of themselves at home and have less post op issues.

Depends on area: Prices are different in different areas. Price will depend on what type of impaction, if you needed to be sedated, if a general dentist or an oral surgeon is doing the procedure.

Fees will vary: Due to antitrust issues, you probably will not get an exact number here. However, expect charges for the extractions per tooth (and the charge will depend on the degree of impaction), the sedation (if used) and the x ray.
