Hard to say 4 sure: Without actually seeing it. It could be some inflammation of gum on edge of bone socket. Again though, that's just a guess and i suggest that you see the dentist who removed the tooth just to be sure. Better to catch things early before they become bigger problems. This would be part of a post-op visit and you should not be charged.
