Pretty good: First, if a LEEP is considered for cervical dysplasia, it is GRADE 3 not STAGE 3. Staging is for invasive cancer, so don't confuse them because that is much scarier. If a LEEP gets around the entire abnormal area, it will essentially cure it. If there is more going up the endocervix, it may not. It may still come back and every situation is different, but if margins negative high chance of cure.
