Gas: Gas can cause the pain. If eliminating the gas relieved it likely you have your answer. Certain foods can cause gas, beans, sauerkraut, spices, lactose to name a few. Avoid gas producting foods if they are bothering you. There are beano food med products available in a pharmacy if you still want to eat gaseous foods.
