Small Keloid: A small Keloid or even Hyper trophic scar can be improved with steroid injections, silicone sheeting, pressure, and sometimes excision of the scar. Excising the scar is possible but there is always risk of recurrence. Check with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
