See doc in person: Testicular mass could be tumor, infection, or fluid collection. You need to see doctor in person and do an ultrasound for testicle.

Distal ureter: There are a few mechanisms by which this happens - the most common is that a kidney stone that is lodged in the distal ureter can cause referred pain to the back. That said, Any testicular mass should be evaluated immediately by your doctor (as the cure rates are extremely high especially when caught early). Hope that helps!
