Can a tummer of 1.4cm on lt adrenal gland and 1cm on rt adrenal gland cause pain in mid to lower back and upper stomach under ribs. i do have 5 small nodules on lungs and a thumb size mass on each rib. i stay in pain?

Back pain,yes but upper abdominal pain not likely. With this constellation of pathologies, you should have an endocrinologist and pulmonologist involved in your care along with your primary care physician. If malignancy has been identified, an oncologist is also needed.
