Could a10x6x7cm retroverted uterus, w/thickened endometerium of 1.1cm. multiple fundal masses w/ largest 3.5 cm, and a 3.7 lower uterine segment mass be the cause of bloating and pain in ab and back? doc doesn't think big enough to cause the issues?

"Multiple fundal masses" may be due to "fibroid" tumors, usually benign. The endometrial thickening, "1.1 cm", may require a biopsy. Consult your GYN physician for guidance.
