Tongue piercing: a metallic taste may be the result of an infectious. How often do you clean the area? See a dentist ASAP and get this checked. Better yet take the tongue piercing out. They can do major damage to your teeth and gums.

Could be an: infection or a reaction to the metal. See your dentist or doctor, Try removing the piercing and see if the taste goes away.
