Is it normal that tongue piercing still draining thick white substance after 4 weeks?

See a dentist: I would remove the piercing and see a dentist to evaluate the area.

No: Please pay your physician a visit for appropriate treatment. Also do yourself a favor and get rid of the tongue piercing. It will only lead to additional oral-dental problems, expense. May not be the answer you would like to hear but is sincere advice. Hope this helps.
