Mouth rinse: Scope is not the optimal anti-bacterial rinse like listerine or salt water rinses or magic mouth rinse or other rinses. Please consult your dentist.

Yes: Mouth rinses are made to be safe in the mouth even if there are small cuts. Tongue piercings are a new cause of breaking teeth that i see in my practice. If you break a tooth on one expect that you will need a crown or filling in the dental office.
