I've had tingling & numbness in fingers with onset of arthritis. is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe Wrist Arthriti: Depending what kind of arthritis you have, the wrist can also be affected. Swelling of the wrist joint and tendons can impinge on nerves, including pressure on the carpal tunnel. This can result in carpal tunnel syndrome, including numbness and tingling in fingers. The treatment is similar to treatment for standard carpal tunnel syndrome. Have your doctor examine you for signs of c.t. syndrome.
