General headaches: The first course of action for reducing the pain for a general headache is by the use of over the counter pain relievers (15 year olds usually get the adult dose) followed by evaluation as to the cause if persistent or recurrent. There are many types of other headaches and treatment can vary. "Temple headache" is more descriptive of location, not type.
