Frontal Headache: This would be in the area of his frontal sinus and could be sinus headache. He could also have a tension headache or muscle contraction headache. History of allergies? If the headache came on suddenly, that is always a concern for a more serious problem.

Probably: tension headache due to stress. If it persists or develops nausea , vomiting , fever then see his doctor for an examination.

Sinuses??: give him ibuprofen and an antihistaminic/decongestant.if this is recent and this helps it is probably sinus congestion.if not see a dr--get an eye exam too.
