Not usually: Though there are different types of Robitussin, most have a non-narcotic cough suppressant, decongestant, &/or expectorant, none of which usually interfere w/pain killers or antibiotics.If you get a type that has dextromethorphan-DM (cousin to codeine) or tylenol, (acetaminophen) however - use caution.DM mixed w/narcotics can cause excessive sedation.Too much Tylenol (acetaminophen) can damage liver.Usually no prob. w/antibiotic
