I have pressure in my face and on the top of my head. i have had it for about 3 weeks now. i've tried antibiotics, mucinex, (guaifenesin) steriods, sinus rinses but nothing seems to help what is causing this?

Could be many things: I would recommend you see and your physician. Your symptoms can be caused by many different diseases processes. It could just be a different type of neurologic headache. An ENT or you primary md can help you differentiate the causes and get you on the right path!
