No: There are many possible causes. Simply taking a few painkiller tablets may do it, but it does need to be followed up. It would be a shame to miss serious illness that might be treatable. Often it's good to repeat off alcohol & all meds in two weeks. Hepatitis B/C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, autoimmunity and a few others must be ruled out; this may be your body's asking for more exercise.

Liver: If it's first time, just repeat it since it can be simply hemolyzed test which can have false positive elevation of liver tests. The rest similar in first answer. If still high or getting higher, liver diasease should be ruled out. Hepatitis will be on of the reasons.
