No: There are no foods or exercises that will trim fat in one particular area of the body. Generalized weight loss through healthy diet along with varied types of exercise will tone all areas of the body and give you a better overall appearance. Squats will tone the thighs but won't trim any more fat there than any other exercise. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
