Various causes: Most common is Ulnar Neuropathy caused by the Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. The ulnar nerve gets compressed at the inner side of the elbow resulting in numbness and tingling radiating from the elbow, down the medial forearm, to the 4th and 5th fingers.
