Dr. Alvin Lin answered

Cervical spondylosis: Cervical spondylosis (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/cervical-spondylosis/basics/definition/con-20027408) refers to arthritis of spine. While it can cause numbness/tingling/weakness in arms & hands, it won't cause pain per se in joints. Elbow & wrist pain could be due to wear/tear, repetitive injury, infections, etc. Go see your Family Doc for complete evaluation.
