Yoga: is not associated with demonic practices. It is imperative that you let your psychiatrist know right away that you are having these thoughts and considering ways to get rid of these people. Another option is to have someone take you to an emergency room. Would tell the ER staff exactly what you have shared with us. See that you take risperidone / stelazine. Please get help asap. Take care.
