May be hard: I am guessing you mean a therapist for psychotherapy? Unless she's a danger to herself or others, you can't forec her to go. Try your best to convince her to seek help. If you feel she is not comptetent to make this decision on her own or you feel she has a true psychiatric issue, seek the guidance of her medcial doctor. Good luck.
