Dr prescribed azithromycin for lung,sinus issues.im also taking metoprolol,prilosec and albuterol. im seeing albuterol cant be taken with zpack because it can cause irregular heart rhythm. is this valid ? also how far apart do i space prilosec? ty?

Only do people with history of long QT on EKG are at risk for severe arrhythmia when taking this combination. Risk is also lower if you take albuterol MDI, not albuterol tablet. There is no interaction between this antibiotic and prilosec. You can take this antibiotic because the rhythm side effect is quite rare. Take care!
