Toppled in chair, fell from a height of about 4 feet and hit his head on floor. 36 hrs later, has a fever, is very tired, and has swollen glands.

Not related?: The fever and swollen glands are most likely not related to the head injury but I would have the little guy checked to be sure. When he fell was he knocked out or dazed? Or did he scream immediately? Usually if they cry right away that is a good sign. Either way, see a doctor.
