I had a cold with high fever congestion no cough but now i'm sick again with severe head pain, swollen glands congestion and productive cough. how do i relieve the head pain tylenol (acetaminophen) doesn't help its in my face wrapping around head?

Hydration : first you need extreme hydration with water ,Gaterade,juice, avoid sodas,and caffeinated,and energy drink.altetnate between ibuprofen 800mg every six hours with 1000mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen) every six hours, for fever, headache , and body aches. Drink hot green tea with lemon and honey. Take a table spoon of honey few times a day . Take Zyrtec D during the day and Benadryl at night.bilsalamah inshallah
