Could be yeast : You will need to have an evaluation. This could be a yeast infection of the mouth sometimes called thrush. You need to see your physician.

Both conditions: Are possible as well as viral infection like infectious mononucleosis and yeast/ candida infection. See your dr for reassurance. Take care!
