Coughing +vomiting: I'm afraid so. Please call her pediatrician and speak to the answering service and seek help at an urgent care clinic if needed. Children are so remarkable in that they are often quite ill before acting ill. How many adults would be in good spirits after vomiting and coughing for 2 weeks? If the vomiting continues and is not just post-coughing vomiting, ER.
