Blueness: This is most likely a reaction to her fever. Blueness occurring inside her mouth is more worrisome and often is related to a heart problem. Have her assessed by her MD and if she has a fever and there is no focus consider a urinary tract infection. You can take a picture of her color change which may help with the diagnosis. See your doctor and have her assessed. All the best.
