Get checked...: First get pregnancy test if you had unprotected sex. Many women falsely belief they cannot get pregnant in their very first encounter. If not pregnant then this could be associated with an infection. In that case you would need to have a formal pelvic exam and tests. Follow up with a GYN provider for that.

Depends...: Hi Gary 324. The feelings could be from a gastrointestinal problem (just coincidental with losing virginity) or in infection (particularly if you are female). It also depends on how long after, and for how long the feelings. Pain is always of concern, and if you continue with abdominal pain you should consult your practitioner.
